I make sourdough bread for my wife - and have had this starter (his name is Fred) for many many years. I took him out the fridge last night, fed him, and this morning I cooked the discard (a Fred Pancake - I common way I use the excess starter) and by pure luck it cooked into a Unicorn

Was quite sour ofc! But cute nonetheless
